The Northern Freeze Cross Country team competed in the NW MN Conference meet in Red Lake Falls. We had a tremendouse day on a fabulously hilly course! Wow!! This was Red Lake Falls first time hosting and they delivered a very challenging, hilly course for us, it was a great meet!
The Northern Freeze girls showed up to race and did just that! We ran with a complete team although we’re caring for some nagging injuries with Emily, Lexi and Reagan.
Even so, Reagan finished 13th which qualified her for All Conference Honors (top 15 qualify)! Congratulations, Reagan.
As a team the girls placed 5th out of seven complete teams. I am so proud of their effort and continued excitement to compete!
We wind down our regular season next Monday in Bemidji and then we head to Bagley for the section meet on October 27th.
