MCC Chamber Choir is a small, auditioned, choir made up of MCC high school students. They were recently invited to perform with UND choirs on their annual “Women in Song” concert. This concert features all women performers and composers and will include the MCC chamber choir both as a featured group, as well as singing with other UND choirs. As a part of this invitation, the chamber choir took a field trip to sing with UND choirs and work with UND professors. This included vocal and choral workshops, a music theory class, and singing with multiple collegiate ensembles. It was an incredible opportunity to learn and grow as musicians and seeing the next level of musicianship. The Women in Song concert will be held on February 26, at 7:30pm at the Josephine Campbell Recital Hall in the UND music building.
