COACH’S NOTES: For the first time in program history the BGMR Gator Softball Team traveled to Thompson, North Dakota to take on the Thompson Tommies. BGMR would score 3 runs in the first aided by two Tommie errors and two Gator hits. BGMR would score one run in the third but Thompson would make it interesting with three runs of their own in the bottom of the third. Both teams would go scoreless in the fourth and each team would score a run in the fifth. BGMR would break the game open with a four run sixth with the Gators scattering four hits in the inning.
