There is nothing like reminiscing old memories, and there will be a lot of that in Middle River at the end of June. Following the raving success of the first All School Reunion in 2019, the logical thing to do, and with encouragement from many attendees, was to plan another one!
The second Skipperpalooza will be held the weekend of June 21, 22, 23, 2024. The celebration will be held at the Middle River Legacy Center, former home of the Middle River School. Everyone who has attended the Middle River School at any grade level, for any length of time is invited to the reunion festivities. There will be visiting, music, dancing, food, corn hole games, prizes, building tours, and a street dance with music by Eagle Creek!
THERE WILL BE A SKIPPER PARADE ON SATURDAY AT 3 P.M. so everyone is encouraged to get out their lawn chairs and wave to the former students as they travel the streets around the town they all call HOME. Middle River Citizens are also reminded that there will be food vendors on site at the Legacy Center during the weekend.
