The 2024 Miss Middle River Pageant will kick off a weekend filled with royalty. It will be held on Friday, August 2, at 7 pm at The Venue at Copper Ridge near Newfolden. Five young ladies will be vying for the title of Miss Middle River 2024 - Kailey Hanson, Emily Waterworth, Kaitlyn Helmeke, Kaydence Augustine, and Tessa Hoglo will be competing in the categories of personal interview, talent, evening gown, on-stage question, and life style and fitness. The next day, Saturday, August 3, a very special Royal Gala will be held celebrating the 50th year of the Miss Middle River Pageant with many former title holders, contestants, and committee members being honored. The gala will be held at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church and will begin at 11:30 a.m. with a private gathering of participants and committees from 50 years. At 1:00 pm the doors will be open to the public to enjoy a program honoring these special ladies and the opportunity to celebrate 50 years of Middle River pride. The weekend will wrap up on Sunday at 4 pm with the Miss North Star Pageant at The Venue at Copper Ridge. This preliminary to the Miss Minnesota Pageant will feature young ladies from throughout the state competing in the categories of Personal Interview, Lifestyle & Fitness, Talent, On-stage Question, and Evening Wear.
