Birthday Wishes...

Today’s Honker date, August 17, marks Barb Geer’s 73rd birthday. She was instrumental in the creation of the Honker and we hope she would be proud today to say we are celebrating our 17th year of bringing good news to the area. She was a mother, a grandmother, a musician, a teacher, an actress, an artist, an innovator, a motivator, but most importantly, a friend. And a rabid supporter of anything and everything MIDDLE RIVER! We are all bettter because of the years we spent with her.
