The 2nd Annual Mark Peterson Memorial Wojo Rodeo is set to take place on Friday, September 20, and Saturday, September 21, promising a weekend filled with fun, food, and festivities for the whole family. The rodeo kicks off at 6 PM on Friday and at 5 PM on Saturday, with pre-event activities beginning earlier each day.
This year, we’re excited to feature the Kittson County Drill Team, performing on Saturday at 4 PM. Families and children will enjoy the bounce house and kids’ games, available starting at 4 PM on Friday and 3 PM on Saturday.
Make sure to come hungry! A variety of food vendors will be on site, including Mini-Doughnuts, Lulu’s, Snowcone, Cowgirl BBQ, and Unfork-eible, serving up delicious treats. Shoppers can explore offerings from vendors like Sara Jane and many others.
For those looking to unwind, The Wheel Bar will be serving beverages throughout the event. The National Anthem will be performed by Joslynn Waage on Friday and by Miss Middle River, Kaydence Augustine, on Saturday, adding a patriotic touch to our gathering.
Don’t miss out on the bag raffles, a 50/50 auction, and the opportunity to bid on unique commemorative items, including engraved belt buckles and guns, celebrating the spirit of the event.
