November Foot Care Clinics Scheduled

North Valley Public Health will hold Foot Care and Blood Pressure Clinics on the following dates:

•Argyle LAH/BNP in the mall: Tuesday, November 12th, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. Contact: Penny Korynta at 218-437-8431

•Middle River Royal Manor Apartments: Tuesday, November 19th, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. Contact: North Valley Public Health at 218-7455154

•Oslo Community Center: Tuesday, November 26th, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. Contact: North Valley Public Health at 218-745-5154

•Grygla Community Center: Thursday, November 21st, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. Contact: North Valley Public Health at 218-745-5154 Please call to cancel if you feel ill. Please call the person listed above to sign up. We require sign-up sheets so that we can staff accordingly. If you are not able to keep your appointment, please call to cancel.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. The North Valley Public Health staff will soak feet and trim nails. The fee for this foot care service is $20 per person.

The North Valley Public Health staff will do free blood pressure checks upon request.

The October meeting of the Holt Keenagers started with a taco bar lunch and dessert. A short business meeting included handouts from the University of Minnesota Extension covering “Memory Concerns, Facts & Tips”. A variation of bingo was played called ‘Dolly Bingo’ with a person chosen to play an extra card and along with the extra card came an ‘outhouse’ that was passed around among the people who didn’t bingo. DelRay had the humiliation of ending up with the prize. We celebrated Jeanelle’s October birthday.
