A Day of Festive Fun at the Middle River Legacy Center

On December 8th, the weather may have been frightful, but that didn’t stop many from braving the cold and enjoying a fantastic time at the Legacy Center!

The day was packed with festive activities that brought joy and warmth, even amid the chilly winter air. Attendees decorated cookies, wrote letters to our veterans, and enjoyed several lively rounds of bingo.

To add to the cheer, there was a popcorn and hot chocolate station, a bake sale, and a bag raffle with incredible prizes. The event was made even more special by the amazing volunteers who helped make it all happen. Attendees also had the chance to vote on the beautifully decorated trees lighting up the halls of the Legacy Center, an event that has become a highlight of the celebration.

It was truly a day to remember, filled with laughter, creativity, and community spirit.

Middle River Youth Group ran bingo for the crowd on Sunday afternoon. Prizes were delicious pies provided by Bonnie Wagner.
