A warm overcast muggy evening greeted racers and fans for another night of Wissota racing action at the Greenbush Race Park.

Ward Imrie started on the pole of the Wissota Modified feature and lead at the flagstand, but when they come out of corner two, Dustin Wahl was out in front. Wahl had a good sized lead over the rest of the field until a caution with three to go put everyone on his bumper. Wahl got a good jump on the restart and Tanner Williamson tried to get beside him but Wahl went on to get his first win of the year, Williamson finished second and Aaron Blacklance third. Blacklance and Corky Thomas were the heat winners.

The Wissota Street feature saw Jeremy Gust lead from start to finish. Gust had an early challenge from Jerome Berger, but managed to hold him off. After that Gust was never challenged for the lead as he went on to get his first win of the year. Cole Greseth finished second and Justin Pogones third. John Halvorson and James Meagher collected the heat wins.

Yellow was the favorite color of the night for the Wissota Midwest Mod feature. Six cautions by lap eight kept everyone close. Connor Drewry lead the way through all those cautions and had to hold off Aaron Blacklance and Taylor Jacobson. Blacklance got by Drewry coming out of corner four with three to go. On the next lap, Jacobson brought out the last caution setting up a green white checkered finish. Blacklance went on to get his second win of the year, Drewry finished second and Justin Olson third. Alex Johnson and Jacobson got the heat wins.

The Wissota Pure Stocks also had their fair share of yellows, but polesitter Billy Binkley would lead the first part of this race. But four laps in, Josh Berg made the pass for the lead coming out of corner four. Berg went on to get his second win in a row and third of the year. Dave Meyer finished second and Dusty Caspers third.

Binkley and Brandon Puschinsky picked up the heat wins.

The Wissota Mod 4s ran their feature caution free and featured three of the top six in national points. Blake Erickson sat on the pole and never looked back as he went unchallenged to pick up the win. Dustin Holtquist was second and Tommy Pogones was third. Dean Larson picked up the lone heat win.

The 4 Cylinders had their problems with the caution flag, but it was probably the most entertaining feature of the evening with the race not decided until the checkers flew. Justin Honer lead the first lap and on a restart with 14 to go Travis Olafson passed Honer down the back stretch. Through the middle portions of the race, Olafson had to deal with Kalin Honer, Shannon George, Justin Honer and Hayden Engen. Kalin Honer made the pass for the top spot coming out of corner four with four to go. Olafson lead at the white flag, but it would be Kalin Honer taking the checkers for his first win of the year. Olafson finished second and Justin Honer third. Johan Espe and Kalin Honer got the heat wins.

Up next, the Greenbush Race Park will be hosting night three of the four night MinnKota PowerI Lightning Sprint Nationals.
