Outgoing Miss Middle River Bella Burkel crowned her successor Friday night at the Legacy Center in Middle River. During her farewell speech she said that “the privilege to serve and support this astonishing community has been an honor unlike any other, and I am immensely grateful for the experiences and lessons that have shaped me during this incredible journey. Throughout my reign, I have witnessed the remarkable spirit and resilience that dene the heart of Middle River. It is a place where compassion thrives, where diversity is celebrated, and where dreams are pursued with unwavering determination. The love and support I have received from all of you have fueled my passion to make a positive impact, and for that, I am eternally grateful.” Thank you, Bella, for serving our community with exemplary grace during your reign as Miss Middle River 2021 and 2022.
