Hunters harvested about 172,000 deer during the 2022 deer hunting season, a lower total harvest than in recent years. Total harvest was down 7% compared to the 2021 season and 10% less than the five-year average deer harvest for Minnesota. Some bullets about the season:

The Gator Wrestling team competed in Individual Sectional competition at Crookston High School on Saturday, February 26. Two Gators were one place away from advancing to state and many Gators made it to the podium.

Gator Wrestlers traveled to Fertile-Beltrami High School for a tournament on Saturday, February 4. Ten wrestlers placed, including Owen Lund in 2nd Place, Issac Olson and Briggs Jenson both placed 3rd, and Brogan Beito finished in 4th Place.
